Chronology
It follows Hans Jürgen Höss, the son of Rudolf Höss, commandant of the Auschwitz camp, as he confronts his father’s involvement in the murder of over a million Jews during the Holocaust. Hans-Jürgen Höss: I don’t think so, the mother was really upset. But I’m sure she didn’t know any of the details.

After discovering the story of a Jewish survivor of Auschwitz and the surviving descendants of the longest-serving commandant of that first death camp, these unlikely partners sit down to talk about eighty years later. In fact, the virulence, seduction, and illusion of evil have more to do with its “banality”; fact. A few key details need to be clarified: Rudolf Höss does not appear to have been raised as a Catholic priest.
